  • Created a development process for requirements, security, data sources, modeling, design, functionality, distribution, training, monitoring, and maintenance. Improving efficiency in the development process of Power BI builds and enhancements to cut down on release time.

  • Developed automated migration tracking for emails, One Drive, PC assets, and server assets. A scope of 9,300+ emails, 9300+ One Drives, 9000+ PCs, and 9000+ servers.  Accomplished by blending multiple data sources and ETL process for a 98%+ migration success rate. 

  • Created Asset Management data quality process and lease analysis for global IT.  With a growing asset record of 25,000+ in CMDB, it can be maintained over 95% accuracy and completeness.  Asset Leasing analysis of 40,000+ records identified a 1.6 million dollar potential savings a year. 

  • IT PMO long-term solution for portfolio financials, project milestones, and demand.  Optimizing dynamic reporting to free up weeks of work into mere minutes.  Providing key insight across the organization for IT projects.
